Posters will be displayed on a Velcro board.  The display board space that has been allocated to each poster is 4 feet high by 4 feet wide (122 cm x 122 cm).  Lettering should be large enough to be viewed from 4 feet away.  You will be assigned a poster number and your poster is to be displayed on the board which coincides with your assigned number. You will find your poster number in the final program which you will receive upon your arrival at the conference.  Velcro will be provided for you.  Do not mount your presentation on heavy board since the Velcro may not be sufficient to hold it in position.

Your poster is to be set up on Tuesday, May 18th from 07:30 between 12:00 noon.  You are expected to set up your poster during this time only.  Posters must be removed on Thursday, May 20 between 12:00 noon – 15:00 and must be fully removed by 15:00.  The conference will not be responsible for posters that are left up after this time.

You are expected to be present at your poster during the Poster Session on Wednesday, May 19 from 16:00 – 19:00 to answer questions.
